Here we are again with a new Stamp with Fun challenge. This weeks theme is baby, so start making those cute cards for the sweetest bundles of joy in the world. I´m in a cheerfull mood today which shows in my card also. It´s a bit different from my last elaborate, romantic card for WoJ´s GDT Call. I wanted to make something simple and cheerfull for a change, something totally joyous and so I came up with this bright and cute card.
I didn´t really have any baby themed stamps so I went with this cute Henry mouse from Whiff of Joy. He sure is soooo cute hugging his heart... and cuteness is the one thing that springs first to my mind when talking about babies. I coloured Henry with Promarkers and used up some scraps of paper I had left of my Basic Grey Romani paper pad. The corners I stamped with a corner stamp from Prima and the border around the image is punched with MS Doily Lace punch and then cut to pieces and glued back together into a circle (I so need to finally by me a Cuttlebug machine LOL). I didn´t use a sentiment as I thought this card would also make a cute painting when framed and double up as a christening present.
