Stamp Something DT card...something vintage

Hello and happy friday! It´s time for yet another Stamp Something challenge...this is my last SS challenge as a dt member, I have enjoyed being a part of the dt and I know the new dt ladies will also enjoy their new "job" as much as I have.

So let´s get back to this weeks challenge. Simon Says is sponsoring the challenge and the prize is fabulous as always. Our theme is vintage and flowers, I sure am looking forward to seing your gorgeous creations as I´m going through them as a dt member for the last time.

For my card I chose to use this gorgeous litle doctor boy designed by Elisabeth Bell (for WoJ). I did the colouring with Promarkers and used some Papermani and K&Company papers to make the card. A little tag and flowers with pearls around them finish off my creation.

Stamp Something DT card...happy somethings

Happy Friday! It´s time to Stamp Something again. This weeks theme is an easy one, it´s simply HAPPY, so start making your happy projects and join us in on the fun.

Our sponsor is Karen´s Doodles and all of us on the dt got to play with her cute and gorgeous images. My image is called Christmas Puppy, I know it´s a long way ´till christmas still but who says this image is a christmas image. The boy is so adorable and most of all SOOOO happy...and who can resist that little puppy. Layoutwise my card is as simple as possible, the twist is in the colours and the colouring technique. As embellishment I added just some bells hanging from a brad.

Stamp Something DT card...go digi

Hello and happy friday! This week has flown by so fast I have barely had any time to craft...managed to make my DT card for Stamp Something though. This week we are launching a new theme, we want to see some digital images on your creations.

My image is a digi stamp from Some Odd Girl called Surfer Kody. I have coloured it with Promarkers and paired it with a computer generated sentiment. The papers are from MME.

As this week is dedicated to digi stamping we have some lovely sponsors including Some Odd Girl, Bugaboo ,Di's digis, Stamping Dragon and Meljen´s Designs. Stamp Something DT card and my bloghop candy winner

Hello and happy friday! It´s time to Stamp Something again. Our Stamp Something two year blogaversary hop has ended but we still have one more birthday challenge for all of you. This time we challenge you to follow a recipe: paper, ribbon, bow, and a tag.

I have kind of combined all those elements and made my image part of the card into a simple tag. I have used a Bildmalarna stamp as my image which leads me straight to this weeks lovely sponsor...and that sponsor is Jenny Lazslo of Bildmalarna. I have coloured my image with Promarkers as usual and the paper is from DCWV´s Linen Closet stack.

Stamp Something DT card...2 of something

Happy friday! Now it´s time to Stamp Something again. And this week we´d like to see 2 of something in your creations...this could be two images, two papers, two embellishments etc.

Our sponsor is Karen´s Doodles and that´s why I have this cute Ride´em´Cowgirl as my image. I coloured it with Promarkers and the papers are from DCWV. I used two dp´s, two cardstock and two pearls. That´s how simple my card is. I kept it very simple as the image was so adorable.

Stamp Something two year blogaversary hop!!!

Hello and welcome! It´s time to do some serious hopping around as Stamp Something is celebrating it´s two year blogaversary. The hop starts from the Stamp Something challenge blog so if you came from there you are on the right track. You have ´till thursday May 27 at 7pm EST to do your hopping.

So back to busines as they say...Simon Says store actually carries tons of wonderful products including this cute Whiff of Joy stamp I have used on my card. I did the colouring with Promarkers and used Stempelglede stamp on the corners of my Basic Grey dp and on the sentiment strip (the smudge is done with a stamp!). I used lots of flowers and pearls and gems to embellish my card further on.

Stamp Something DT card...something to celebrate

Happy friday! It´s time to Stamp Something...and this week with a theme of celebration. So get your party hats and balloons ready...let´s Celebrate!

We have Motivet as our sponsor and all of us at the DT got to play with their images. For my card I have used this funny little hedgehog with his big balloons, the image is perfect for a celebration. I did some paper piecing and coloured the hedgehog with Promarkers. The papers are from MME´s Bloom&Grow paper pad which has been sitting aside for a while as I have been doing some more vintage styled cards...I guess this was just the perfect spot to get that one out and do something different again.

Stamp Something DT card...Birthday somethings

Hello and happy friday! It´s time to Stamp Something again...and this week we´d like to see some birthday creations.

Our sponsor this week is Whiff of Joy which leads me straight to my image choice. I used a mini sized shopping Willow (one of those extra stamps you might get with your order). I coloured her up with Promarkers and added a frame around the image. The papers are from MME´s Penny Lane glitter stack, gorgeous aren´t they.

I actually made this gift card holder for my sister´s birthday. It´s really hard trying to think of what to buy for a 26-year old and as I know my sister I would never have gotten it right LOL...so I thought a bit of shopping money was just in order. That way she can get whatever she likes.

Stamp Something DT card...sketch something

Hi all! It´s friday and we have a wonderful weekend ahead of us. It´s also time to Stamp Something again and this week we have a lovely sketch to follow.

For my card I used a gorgeous image from Karen´s Doodles. This cutie is simply called Butterfly Girl. I have coloured my image with Promarkers as always. The papers are from MME´s Wild Asparagus paper pad. I loved the sketch but in a hurry forgot one element (Oopsie! wasn´t supposed to tell). As embellishment I added one button and some lace and half pearls. I´m quite pleased with how my card turned out in the end.

Stamp Something DT card...charmed somethings

Hi all! Happy friday! It´s time to Stamp Something again. This weeks theme is charmed somethings, so get your charms ready, they can be shop-bought or something you made yourself, it´s your choice.

I made my card using four stamps from Whiff of Joy´s April stamp kit (genie, Oakley, palace and the sentiment of course). I masked the images together and coloured them with Promarkers. The background paper is from Basic Grey and as my charm I used a heart shaped one. The whole setting is charming really, don´t you think.

Stamp Something DT card...something layered

Happy friday! It´s time to Stamp Something. This weeks theme is layers, you can layer on lots of embellishments, or use lots of layers of paper, or layer images together using various masking or digital layering techniques. Just have fun stamping something layered!

Now on to my card... I used Basket of Bunnies as my image and coloured it with Promarkers. The poapers are from MME´s Bloo&Grow paper pad. I layered up green and yellow cardstock paper to line the image and the background paper. I went for a simple layered look and used only some selfadhesive rhinestones as embellishment. I also raised the image up a bit with 3D pads.

Stamp Something DT card...Stitch something

Happy friday! It´s time to Stamp Something. This week we´d like to see some stitches, so get your sewing machines, needles or just plain pencils ready.

This weeks sponsor is Paper Jewels, they carry Sweet Pea stamps among other things, which leads me straight to my image choice. I used a fabulous mermaid image and coloured it with Promarkers. The papers are from MME´s Wild Asparagus paper pad. I also covered the image with UTEE and used only one layer as I thought the uneven look better resembled water. And the stitching part... I used fake ones as I didn´t want to mess up my sewing machine.

Stamp Something DT project...my pink recipe book

So it´s friday again. And time for a Stamp Something challenge. This week we want to see something pink, so get those pink glasses out and start seeing pink.

Our psonsor this week is The Stamping Boutique and us SS DT members got to play with some TSB images. I chose a different route than one might expect with this theme and made a simple recipe book. I actually needed one so as soon as I saw this Farm pantry self image I knew what I was going to do. And I also got to try out my new Bind-it-All machine. I wanted the book to look like something I might have had when I was about thirteen or so. I think I managed that quite well if I say so. I used glitter and UTEE and cracked glass technique, lots of everything really on the image and the rest of it is really simple.

Stamp Something DT card...something with doodles

How fast does the time really fly by...it´s friday again and we have a new Stamp Something challenge for you. This week we´d like to see you dabble with some doodles. So get your pens out and start doodling.

I used to be a big "doodler" before but I have managed to restrain myself a bit lately. Somehow I found it hard to get back into the doodling mojo and everything I tried looked a tad weird. That´s why I went with just a handwritten sentiment and a small flower...and my image is a doodle in itself, a Karen´s Doodle nontheless. I used my Promarkers to colour the image and the small flower I doodled. The papers are from Basic Grey. I used my MS Arch lattice border punch again and embellished my creation with only some half pearls.

Stamp Something DT card...something distressed

Hello and happy friday! It´s that time of the week again...and what time you might ask, time for yet another Stamp Something challenge of course LOL. This weeks theme is something distressed, so get your inks and scissors ready...anything you might use to make your project more aged and worn down or you might aswell go for a vintage look some other way.

Ok so that´s for our sponsor...here´s ho my card came together. The image is from Wags n´ Whiskers and i have coloured it with Promarkers. I went a bit wild with the distressing part as you may have noticed. Inks and scissors and plane old tearing of the paper... I used it all. Those gorgeous dp´s are from MME´s Wild Asparagus paper pad and the sentiment is from Whiff of Joy. Some flowers and half pearls finish off my card.

Stamp Something DT card...cream and green

Hello crafting world! It´s time for yet another Stamp Something challenge. This week we´d like to see cards that follow a colour theme and that is cream and green. Again I couldn´t decide which photo was better so I thought I´d share them both LOL.

I went digi and printed Bigsby Juggling from Karen´s Doodles. The layout of my card is really simple, but I thought that fitted the image well. The sentiment is a mixture of me doodling and WoJ...I left the "birdie" part out and subtituted it with mouse, clever eh´.

I used some gorgeous MME Bloom&Grow papers and the decorative strip is done with a Martha Stewart border punch. These can actually be found at Bunny Zoe´s and guess what, Bunny Zoe´s is also our sponsor this week and the fabulous prize is a new Magnolia stamp and a bow easy bow tying tool.

Stamp Something DT card...Something girly

Happy friday people! It´s time to Stamp Something. This week our theme is something girly ans us on the SS dt were lucky to get to work with some girlie images from our sponsor Sassy Studio.

Don´t you just love that image, it makes me want to relax in a bubble bath aswell...too bad we don´t have a bath tub.  I have coloured my image with Promarkers and added some sparkle to the bubbles. The sentiment is a rub-on from Basic Grey, the gorgeous turquoise paper is from BG also. A quick and simple card with only limited embellishments.... which ment that I had time to make another project with the same image, but just in a different size.

It´s a gift wrapper for some bath beads (which I didn´t have but used some pearls to be able to take the photo). These two form a nice present for a friend.

I can´t wait to see what kind of girlie projects you all come up with. So start crafting people!

Stamp Something DT card...recipe somethings

Oh my it´s friday already! What better way to start the weekend than to play along with Stamp Something. We have a recipe to follow this time. We´d like to see dp´s, some ribbon and buttons on your cards.

I wanted to make something clean-cut this time, so no distressing really. My image is a Ladybug and Friends stamp, designed by Elisabeth Bell of course. I had had this stamp for a while now but never really got to using it. I used grey Versafine ink to stamp the image and for the colouring I used my Promarkers. The papers are from Basic Grey´s Two Scoops paper pad.

I guess that was all for now. I´ve done some shopping and have some new stamps waiting to be inked. I also got some new digistamps and have already printed them and they wait to be coloured. Too bad that the weekend is full of work and I don´t really have much time for crafting. I´ll need to steal some time where ever I can I guess, but you don´t have that problem do you guys...so go and start crafting, don´t miss the chance to win a fab prize from Simon Says. Stamp Something DT card...Touch of Spring

Happy friday people! It´s time for a Stamp Something challenge again. This week our theme is Touch of Spring. I know, I know, it´s still quite cold outside but one can sure dream of warmer weather and flowers and butterflies...

Well let´s get back to business. Our sponsor this week is Whiff of Joy (YAY!) and in honour of our sponsor I used this cute little dove illustrated by Elisabeth Bell. I would have had lot´s of other WoJ stamps to choose from but I wanted to make a fairly simple card, so I went with my lovely dove. The gorgeous dp is from Basic Grey´s Wisteria paper pad. I did some distressing and added a sentiment and some flowers and that was it. I think my card would suit many different occasions and that was what I was aiming for.
